Parenting an anxious child can feel overwhelming and lonely. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Therapist-created support for parents of anxious kids who are exhausted, worried, and ready for things to feel better at home.

If you’re parenting an anxious child, you may be feeling...
- Exhausted from constant emotional ups and downs
- Unsure how to respond to meltdowns, worries, or big reactions
- Heartbroken watching your child struggle with friendships or confidence

- Stressed about school refusal, avoidance, or daily anxiety

- Like your household revolves around keeping the peace

- And quietly wondering if you’re doing something wrong

You love your child deeply. And you’re trying so hard to help.

But anxiety and emotional overwhelm can take over family life in ways no one prepares you for.

I want you to know something: You are not failing. And your child is not broken.

I’m a licensed therapist (LSCSW) with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety and emotional overwhelm. Every week at my private practice, I sit with parents who feel exhausted, worried, and unsure how to help their child. They love their kids deeply — but anxiety, emotional outbursts, and daily stress are taking a toll on the entire family. Over the years, parents began asking me the same question: “Can you just tell me what to do at home?” They wanted tools, language, and guidance they could use in real-life moments — not just inside a therapy office. That’s why I created Pathways to Hope Academy: A place where parents can feel supported, understood, and equipped with therapist-backed strategies that actually work in everyday family life. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

“The introduction got me right from the beginning because [her] compassion for parents came through in how [she] spoke about kids with anxiety. I felt like [she]  "got" my child and saw their giftings and not just their anxiety. [Her] voice was very calming and clear in each module which made it easy to listen to.”

“I enjoyed how the PDFs provided a checklist and steps of what to do next. I think the PDFs are a great resource for parents to continue to refer back to.”
